Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Central Wisconsin Airport

“I was in town for business and had a great stay here. Dog friendly and in a great location with easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes, bars, the brewery, and even a gas station. The hotel was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated having both soft and firm pillow options. The free breakfast was decent and I especially liked the fried egg patties instead of the usual scrambled eggs. I forgot my swim trunks otherwise I would have taken a dip in the pool. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and made me feel welcome. This would make for a nice one night getaway as well.”

“We ended up staying here last minute after a terrible experience with another nearby hotel that was unexpectedly closed. I didn’t know what to expect and just needed something close to the CWA airport. The location was easy to find, though the check-in entrance wasn’t immediately obvious at night in bad weather. Once inside, the lobby was charming and welcoming. The front desk staff was excellent. Check-in was quick, she offered nearby dining suggestions, and when she learned we’d be leaving at 4:30 a.m., she offered to prepare cold breakfasts for us at no charge since we’d miss the complimentary breakfast. The room was fantastic. Very clean, modern, and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom. The beds were great, and I LOVED having both firm and soft pillows to choose from. We were able to connect our Fire TV without any restrictions, which is surprisingly rare, and while the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, it was stable enough for streaming Netflix. After a long, stressful drive, this hotel completely turned the night around. I didn’t take photos, but the quality of the stay and the staff exceeded expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone needing a reliable, comfortable hotel near the airport.”

“Rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were comfy. The staff were kind and courteous. The location of the hotel itself isn't bad, it is within a downtown with some nice local eateries. You also have a lot of franchise restaurants at a 7-15 mint drive in Wausau, Rib Mountain, and Rothschild. There is a cinema as well in Rothschild.”
